With “Choose your room,” you can select the exact location and room number for your stay at our hotel. Would you prefer a view of the sea or the pool, a quieter area of the hotel, or a room close to the restaurant? You can even choose your preferred bed type using our interactive tool and use the feature filter to narrow down your selection.
When can I use “Choose your room”?
You can choose your room from the day of booking up to 5 days before arrival. (Note: Confirm this “5 days” number with Sensira).
How much does it cost to use the service?
You will see different prices for each room number depending on the characteristics. Rooms with better views may be priced slightly higher. Payment for your room selection will be made at the hotel.
What happens if I change the dates of my reservation?
If you change the dates of your reservation, you will lose your room selection and will need to reselect your room number. No additional fees will apply for canceling your previous selection.
Is it possible to cancel or change my selection?
To cancel or change your room selection, please contact the hotel directly. If you have canceled your reservation, the room will automatically become available and you will not be charged.
