Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Benefits
These benefits apply only to direct reservations made through the website and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Early Check-In
Available starting at 10:00 a.m.
Subject to availability on the day of arrival.
Late Check-Out
Available until a maximum of 6:00 p.m.
For guests in Sapphiro 5–7 pax., Jade, and Esmeralda categories, late check-out will be subject to availability with no specific guaranteed time.
Later hours may incur additional charges.
Room Upgrade
Available only based on availability at the time of check-in.
The upgrade will depend on the originally assigned room category.
A 15% charge applies based on the original room rate.
Priority Reservations
Low season: One priority reservation is guaranteed per night of stay.
High season: Up to four priority reservations are guaranteed for stays of 7 nights.
Applies to restaurants, experiences, and activities within the resort.
Subject to availability; advance booking is recommended. (Check-in)
Pillow & Aroma Menu
Personalized service available at no additional cost.
Can be requested at the front desk or through the concierge.
Total Resort Credit: $300 USD
Distributed as follows:
$100 USD for spa treatments
2 x $50 USD for food and beverage consumption
$80 USD applicable toward room upgrades
$20 USD for purchases at the Logo Shop
Resort Credit Conditions:
Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
May only be used during the same stay and for the indicated services.
Not applicable in combination with other promotions or discounts.
Any unused balance will be forfeited at the end of the stay.
