Hotelera Canco, S.A. de C.V., operator of Hotel Sensira Resorts & Spa (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel"), located at Mz40 Lt16, Carr. Tulum – Cancún 12, C.P. 77580, Cancún, Quintana Roo, is responsible for collecting, handling, protecting, and storing the personal data of its clients, prospects, suppliers, distributors, and/or beneficiaries of any of the Hotel's services—both now and in the past or future.
Lic. Macarena Alcalde Plazola has been designated as the Data Protection Officer in charge of overseeing the proper treatment of your personal data.

The Hotel collects your personal data and uses it for the following purposes, which are necessary to provide the services you request:

- To promote offers related to the Hotel's services and other tourism-related purposes.
- To identify preferences and enhance your guest experience.
b) Tax-Related Purposes:
- To issue invoices for services provided by the Hotel.
- To issue invoices for the sale of products offered by the Hotel.
c) Employment Purposes:
- For the recruitment and selection of personnel.
- For training and development in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
For these purposes, the Hotel will collect personal identification data, contact information, and biometric data.
Additional Uses of Your Personal Information
We may also use your personal information for marketing purposes to provide better service, such as:

- Confirming reservations
- Clarifying service-related matters
- Issuing invoices
